Alison Klein, LCSW
About Alison Klein
Alison Klein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigate life's most challenging moments. After earning her Master of Social Work degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University, Alison dedicated her career to creating meaningful change in the lives of the individuals and families she serves.
Alison's clinical work spans a wide range of settings, including schools and private practice, where she has developed deep expertise in supporting young people with complex needs. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with multiple disabilities, including autism, and has long championed the importance of the whole-family approach — facilitating parent groups and providing hands-on parent training to equip caregivers with the knowledge and tools to support their children with confidence.
Her clinical specialty areas include mood disorders such as bipolar disorder and major depression, as well as anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, and social difficulties. Alison brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to each client — drawing from a rich toolkit of evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each person's unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. She creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages feel genuinely heard and empowered to grow.
